George Hives, III is from Mansfield, Louisiana. George has been cooking for the public since 1995. Growing up watching his father cook, George eventually took an interest to it and discovered this was his gift. From catering events, whether large or small, the feedback he has received from customers has been amazing. His flavors have been described as so good "it simply makes you come back".
