SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Be a part of a one-of-a-kind experience in Downtown Shreveport! The Bourbon and Barbeque Festival is now an event benefiting the Red River Revel. We are seeking partners in bringing an extraordinary Fourth of July experience—featuring amazing bourbon, barbeque, and cocktails—to our great city.

Seven area chefs have been tasked with preparing signature barbeque dishes for attendees. Six fine bourbons, including three barrel picks, will be paired with the barbeque. This is a concierge-level event where ALL tickets are VIP—maximum capacity is hard-capped at 250 tickets.

All Ticket Holders Receive

  • Reserved parking pass for the Festival

  • Golf cart taxi to Riverview Hall for the event

  • Rocks tumbler with etched event logo

  • Goodie bag with assorted items

  • Access to an exclusive reserved space with a private view of the fireworks from the Texas Street Bridge

 

All sponsors will have the opportunity to set up a marketing table and/or include sample items in the goodie bag.

“Special Reserve” Sponsor   |   $10,000

  • Large logo featured on event signage, lanyards, posters, and all other marketing materials (largest font size)

  • Goodie bags include a specialty leather rocks tumbler cover with burned sponsor logo

  • 12 tickets with a reserved table

  • Reserved table includes a curated selection of bourbon, red wine, and white wine

“Barrel Pick” Sponsor   |   $5,000

  • Medium logo featured on event signage, lanyards, posters, and all other marketing materials

  • Goodie bags include a specialty leather rocks tumbler cover with burned sponsor logo

  • 6 tickets with a reserved table

  • Reserved table includes a curated selection of bourbon, red wine, and white wine

“Angel’s Share” Sponsor   |   $2,500
